Shipping Methods

Most orders will ship within three business days via USPS or UPS Ground - 2 days delivery to most locations within the USA. Shipping charges are based on the average cost of a package to your region. Please feel free to send me a message if you have any questions about shipping methods or special requests. 

Customers local to Philadelphia can choose to pick-up their order, just select "local pick-up" at checkout and no shipping charges will be applied.

International shipping is available to most locations worldwide and charged on a flat-rate basis. If your location is not available, send me a message and I can send you a quote to ship to your region. 

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. If you are unhappy for whatever reason, please send me a message and I will try to resolve the situation. If your order is damaged during shipping, please send me a message with a picture of the damage. Most situations I will replace the item at no charge and seek insurance damages.
